The different membership plans are exactly the same. However you will get more discounts when you enroll for Silver or Gold membership plans.

Our diet plan includes general home based food as per your body requirements.

How quickly can i achive my fitness goals ?
We do not use any shortcuts or health supplement to provide results more quickly which adversely affects your health in a long run. Our approach is to provide you sustainable results by improving your lifestyle issues by having nutritious food. The results will vary from person to person based on different factors but we have seen clients loosing weight around 3 kg in four weeks timeframe.

What are the negative aspects of the Diet?
There are no side effects of diets given you by our dietitian. Our diets are purely home based and do not use any health supplement which adversely affects your health in a long run.

How frequently the diet plan will change ?
Based on the progress made on previous week, our Dietitian will give you weekly diet plan and make necessary changes whenever needed.

How can I connect with my dietitian to discuss my issues ?
Your dietitian will be available on WhatsApp during working hours to answer any queries. You can also book your appointment by placing an appointment request from website.

How long do I need to follow my dietitian advice ?
You need to follow your dietitian advice through out the program duration. However you can consult your dietitian to skip the plan for any special occasion and she will customize your plan accordingly.

Can I take a break in my membership program ?
We do not recommend to take any breaks during the membership program. However if you are going out on vacation, your dietitian can help you to plan your diets and provide you list of do's and dont's to follow during the period.
